2. Scope of Service
Sabato Exports supplies high-quality commercial vehicle parts (heavy and light) under our registered brands, including Spare Tec and Sabato. Our product range includes over 5,000 components for heavy commercial vehicles (European trucks) and light commercial vehicles (Japanese/Indian LCVs).
We serve global markets, especially Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders may be placed via our website, email or by direct contact.
- Once your order is accepted, Sabato Exports will send an order confirmation specifying product details, quantity, price, delivery terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are errors (pricing, availability, etc.) or we suspect misuse.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in the currency specified and exclude duties, taxes, shipping unless clearly stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or order confirmation.
- Late payments may attract interest or may delay dispatch of goods.
- Ownership of goods remains with Sabato Exports until full payment is received.
5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk
- Delivery dates are estimates only. Sabato Exports is not liable for delays beyond our control (customs, freight, supplier delays).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse or specified shipping point.
- Buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, local taxes, and compliance with destination country regulations.
6. Quality, Inspection & Warranty
- We are ISO 9001 certified, with robust quality and management systems.
- Products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any defects or discrepancies must be notified to Sabato Exports in writing within 30 days of receipt.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (not damage through misuse, improper installation, modification). Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the defective part as per our discretion.
- We do not guarantee compatibility beyond the information supplied by the buyer; please verify fitment and specification before ordering.
7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellation
- Returns or cancellations are accepted only with prior written approval of Sabato Exports and may involve restocking fees or freight costs.
- Custom or special-order parts may not be eligible for return.
- Replacement parts will be dispatched once the original part is returned (if required) and the defect is verified.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, brand names (including “Sabato” and “Spare Tec”) remain the property of Sabato Exports.
- Buyers may not reproduce, copy or use such marks without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Sabato Exports’ total liability (whether contract, tort or otherwise) shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption) even if advised of their possibility.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be legally excluded.
10. Force Majeure
- Sabato Exports shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, supplier failure, shipping interruptions).
- In such event we shall notify the buyer, and both parties may agree to amend or cancel the order without penalty.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the supply of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
- Sabato Exports may revise or update these Terms at our discretion. Any new version shall be effective upon posting on our website.
- Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
